Southbound on I-95

Follow 95 South to the Philadelphia Center City Exit #22.

The ramp splits as it leaves 95 South; take the right fork toward Historic Philadelphia. Do not head toward Center City.

When you get to the bottom of the ramp, there is a light.
Stay straight here. You are now on 2nd Street.

Cross Callowhill Street, Vine Street and New Street.

We are the last building on the right – 230 North Second Street – before the Ben Franklin Bridge, which passes overhead.
